Washington Free Beacon – Three local unions affiliated with the American Federation of Teachers, the country’s second-largest teachers’ union, passed statements in June condemning Israel as an apartheid state. Two resolutions aimed at boycotting Israel and recognizing a Palestinian state will be debated at the nation’s largest union at a conference this week.
